What parking options are available?
Sorry, but our valet service is suspended due to COVID-19. Fortunately, there’s ample complimentary parking around the hotel and Downtown Cary Park.
Can I have a package delivered to the hotel?
We’re happy to receive packages on your behalf. Please address the package to the guest’s attention as follows:

What is the payment policy?
Payment in full is due upon check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks. We will accept cashier’s checks in the exact amount due.
Upon check-in, credit and debit cards will be pre-authorized for an additional $100 per night. The hold on these funds will be released upon check-out. Processing times vary depending on your bank. Normal processing times are 3-5 business days.
What is The Mayton’s pet policy?
We welcome Service Animals. We are unable to accommodate pets (this includes Emotional Support Animals).
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
Our 24-hour fitness center is available to all hotel guests and includes treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine, free weights, and a resistance trainer.
Does the hotel offer group blocks for special events?

Does the hotel recommend any activities in downtown Cary?
Absolutely. Check out our Cary Guide for an introduction to downtown, and make sure to ask our staff for their personal recommendations.

What time is check-in / check-out?
Plan to check-in after 3pm, and check-out before noon.
Does the hotel offer early check-in or late check-out?
We’d be happy to accommodate you whenever possible. Just call and ask the front desk at (919) 670-5000. Please know we’ll do our best.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation depends on the type of reservation booked and is noted in the terms and conditions of your confirmation letter.
Is The Mayton family-friendly?
We welcome children of all ages. Complimentary travel cribs are available by request, and highchairs are available in the Restaurant.
Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Yes, guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Photo identification may be requested upon check-in and ID must match the name on the reservation. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card.
Does the hotel have any connecting rooms?
Yes. Our Two Bedroom Suites offer connecting room types to accommodate up to 6-10 guests.
Does the hotel offer room service?
We offer a room service menu available during restaurant hours as follows:
- Breakfast: Monday-Sunday, 8am-10am
- Lunch: Monday, Wednesday-Friday, 11am-2pm
- Brunch: Saturday & Sunday ONLY, 10:30am-2:30pm
- Dinner: Monday, Wednesday-Saturday, 5pm-9pm
All room service orders include a $4 delivery fee and an 18% service charge. Please dial the Front Desk from your room to order.
Does the hotel offer breakfast?
We offer an a la carte breakfast for purchase from 8-10am in the Peck & Plume restaurant. A host will greet you there for seating.
